All items on our website allow Express Delivery. All items are kept in our Sydney warehouse and Express Delivery means it will be dispatched from our warehouse the next business day for orders placed before 5pm and the following business day for orders placed after 5pm.
Once you have confirmed payment of your order via the checkout page, you will be automatically sent a confirmation email. The confirmation email will provide you with your order summary.
Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive another email from Simply Bubs Merchandise confirming your order has been shipped. You should also receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details.

Yes! We deliver products worldwide, with the exception of the United Kingdom,. We offer flat rate shipping for all international orders.
All international orders are delivered via the Australia Post Express Courier International service which is a tracked service with estimated delivery time of 2 -10 business days*.

Yes, it is possible you may have to pay extra fees when receiving goods in your destination country. Each country has its own rules for customs and it is your responsibility to find out what other cost may be incurred.
The Simply Bubs Merchandise policy is that the customer placing the order is responsible for paying any fees, charges and taxes incurred in the destination country.
Please note: This does not apply to orders within Australia.
