Once you have confirmed the payment of your order via the checkout page you will be automatically sent a confirmation email. The confirmation email will provide you with your order summary.

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive another email from Simply Bubs Merchandise confirming your order has been shipped with a copy of your invoice attached.

Yes! We deliver Australia wide and New Zealand wide. To keep things simple we provide Flat Rate Shipping on all orders. 

Australia wide flat rate shipping

  • $9.95 Australia wide Standard shipping 
  • $14.95 Australia wide Express next business day shipping (orders placed by 11am)

New Zealand wide flat rate shipping

  • $20 New Zealand wide Express Courier (Tracked) 2-6 Business days

Please note: Although most of our products can be shipped to New Zealand, some products are only available to be shipped within Australia due to various restrictions. This will be clearly listed in the product description.

To keep things simple, Simply Bubs Merchandise offers flat rate shipping on all orders.

This simply means regardless of how many items you purchase in one order you will only pay one flat shipping rate. 

Yes! We deliver products worldwide. We offer flat rate shipping for all international orders. 

All international orders are delivered via the Australia Post Express Courier International service which is a tracked service with estimated delivery time of 2 -6 business days.

To determine the shipping cost for your country please refer to the International Delivery section on our Delivery & Shipping page.

Please note: Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to various restrictions. This will be clearly listed in the product description.

In the product description you will see the words: “PLEASE NOTE: This product can only be shipped within Australia”

This implies that the product cannot be shipped internationally. This mostly applies to prams & bulky items such as furniture.

All items on our website allow Express Delivery. For items kept in our Sydney warehouse Express Delivery means it will be dispatched the next business day for orders placed before 11am and the following business day for orders placed after 11am.

Items that are dispatched via our Australian business partners do not all provide Express Delivery however for these items if you pay for express delivery this indicates an express service from Simply Bubs Merchandise to ensure your order is processed as priority but doesn’t guarantee Express delivery on behalf of our business partner, if our partners provide an express service then this will be selected on your behalf.
