Simply Bubs Merchandise offers Standard and Express delivery Australia wide.
These options are available at a flat rate per order which means regardless of how many items you purchase in one order you will pay one flat shipping rate.

Standard Delivery in Australia
Simply Bubs Merchandise offers standard shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide.

Allow 4 -10 business days for standard post delivery. Please allow longer if you are located in rural, country or remote locations.

Generally parcels are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Express Delivery in Australia
Simply Bubs Merchandise offers express next business day shipping at a flat rate of $14.95 Australia wide.

Express Post is delivered to most main CBD and major city areas within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday. Generally parcels are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Express post is based on Australia Post’s terms and conditions and Australia Post’s Express Post network. You can confirm if your delivery address is on the Express Post Network by checking the following link:

Simply Bubs Merchandise does not take any responsibility for delivery being delayed due to your delivery address not being part of the express post network or the order is placed outside of the specified time frame.

COVID-19 Update
Due to COVID-19 delivery times may vary based on restrictions in place on any given day. We will ensure that your order is delivered with the most reliable service that will deliver your order as close as possible to the suggested delivery time frame based on you shipping option. 

International Shipping
Simply Bubs Merchandise has partnered with Australia Post to deliver parcels worldwide.

There are 6 international zones with 1 flat rate shipping option for each zone. Please see the table below to determine which zone your delivery address falls into.

*The delivery times of 2-10 business days are between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Simply Bubs Merchandise & Australia Post’s control.

** We also offer standard post option to New Zealand for $35 tracked with a delivery time frame of 3-10 business days

All international delivery options are a door-to-door service and may require a signature on delivery.

The customer placing the order is responsible for paying any fees, charges and taxes incurred in the destination country. Please refer to Delivery of your parcel section on the General Delivery Information tab for more details. 

Dispatch
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received (within business hours Monday to Saturday).

Once you place your order and payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch and tracking details if applicable. 

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours however if we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately. 

Free Gift Wrapping and Packaging*
All items are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and cellophane for maximum protection during transit. *This excludes bulky items.

The wrapping is elegant enough to gift. 

If you have ordered more than one item, where possible, these will be wrapped together in one package. If you would like these items wrapped individually please specify this request at check out. Each order will be sent as 1 parcel, either a single satchel or box depending on the number and type of items ordered. If you require items to be sent in separate parcels you will need to place separate orders.

Partner Deliveries
To ensure we maintain a high level of quality, durability and reliability Simply Bubs Merchandise have hand picked only the top suppliers as our partners to directly deliver some products to you. Our partners are located within Australia and may use different courier companies dependent on the product you have ordered. 

Delivery Address
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the address provided is correct.

A re-delivery fee will be charged if a parcel requires to be re-delivered due to an incorrect address. If the parcel is returned and a correct address is not provided within 5 business days your order will be considered forfeited.

Delivery of your parcel
All our deliveries both within Australia and Internationally may require a signature on delivery. 

If no one is available to accept the parcel addressed to you when it is delivered, a card will be left either under your door or in your letterbox telling you where to collect your parcel from.  Your parcel will be taken to the closest Australia Post collection point which is usually a retail outlet or business hub. If the Australia Post/delivery company representative deems it to be safe, they may at their discretion leave the parcel in a safe place. 

Parcel Re-delivery
In the rare circumstance, If the item is returned to Simply Bubs Merchandise and has to be re-delivered. any re-delivery fee will be on charged to you (the customer). Simply Bubs Merchandise will make best efforts to advice you to organsie re-delivery or collection of your parcel before any fees are incurred.

If your parcel is not collected within 5 business days from the advised location, the parcel will be sent back to Simply Bubs Merchandise and a re-delivery shipping fee will be on charged to you (the customer) to re-send the parcel.

If you do not pay the re-delivery fee, arrange re-delivery or collect your parcel within 5 business days, your order will be considered forfeited.

Forfeited orders: Forfeited orders will be charged an a re-stocking fee of $20. The cost of the order will be refunded minus the $20 re-stocking fee.

Our sales team is available Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm & Saturday  10am – 2pm. (excluding public holidays). We will respond to you within 24 hours during the specified times.

For orders delivered within Australia your parcel will only contain a packing slip. It will not contain an invoice, the invoice is emailed to the email address entered when placing the order as part of your order confirmation email.

All international orders are required to have an invoice attached to the parcel.
